IT CHANGES MY LIFE.
John Trakowski is the 4206th person to scale Mount Everest. He managed to get in shape thanks to what he calls his “Fat Shredder”.

John’s best friend, Jude passed away from cancer when he was 30 years old. He was an amazing friend and motivator in his life.
“On his death bed, he told me to cherish every day because the end is always unexpected.”
Trakowski weighed 366 lbs 9 months before his attempt to Mount Everest.
“At his funeral, I told myself I wanted to make him proud, I wanted to challenge myself to achieve something significant.”, said Trakowski.
That’s when John decided to scale the tallest peak known to mankind.
IT WASN'T AN EASY JOURNEY.
John knew he would have to lose half his body weight to even attempt such as crazy feat. He went on strict diet and workout routine and managed to lose 10 pounds after 1 month. But it was nowhere near enough.
John knew he had to something more drastic. He began working out twice as hard.
