The shock Isabel experienced as a child made her easily anxious about anything.
Her panic attacks became so extreme that it came at any sudden moments. She found herself running to the bathroom and locking herself in for hours. She was so easily nervous about anything that people called her weird and unstable.
Eventually, she started developing social anxiety that held her back for the next thirty years.
