I sit on my editor’s chair sometimes 12 hours a day. When there are so many deadlines, working out is a luxury. My sedentary life made it hard for me to work out.
After using it, I could be sedentary and even indulge in my favorite desserts sometimes, but I managed to lose a couple of dress sizes with minimal effort!
By Day 5, he felt less bloated.
Day 7, his shirt and pants became loose.
Fast forward a month later, it has became a normal nightly routine.
No matter how sleepy I felt, I would just reach for it and paste it on my stomach before I sleep.
