Dr. Osmond and his team examined the human body’s behavior, throughout 11 normal hours of sleep. He discovered that the body eventually morphs into uncomfortably spiral sleeping positions. Our bones are misaligning, and we’re so engrossed in our sleep that we don’t ever feel it.
His idea was born after discovering the true reason behind permanent back, spine and neck pains.
“Sleeping under warm temperatures is a dangerous health hazard that no one ever talks about.”
“When you start feeling uncomfortable from the heat, that’s when the human body is conditioned to bad sleep postures.”
“It’s no wonder why 9 out of 10 people are suddenly attacked with incurable body pains.”
And it happens because heat transfers from our bodies over to our pillows and mattresses. When feeling hot in bed starts to make us uncomfortable, our bodies naturally toss and turn for a different sleeping position.
